Who we are
RR Skills Lab ("RR Skills Lab," "we," "us," or "our") is a soccer skills academy offering private lessons, group sessions, camps, and a youth development academy in Sierra Vista, Arizona and Arlington, Virginia.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. You can reach us any time at rrskillslab@gmail.com.
Information we collect
We only collect the information you choose to give us. Depending on which form you submit, we may collect some or all of the following:
Contact form: your name, email address, phone number, player age, program of interest, location, and any message you write.
Camp registration: parent or guardian name, email address, phone number, player name, player age, and any additional notes.
Academy registration: parent or guardian name, email address, phone number, player name, date of birth, parent meeting availability, practice availability, and shirt size.
Program registration: parent or guardian name, email address, phone number, player name, age, date of birth, current club, player position, preferred training location, preferred days and times, how you heard about us, and any notes.
We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell your information. The website does not set non-essential or marketing cookies.
Payment information
When you register and pay for a camp online, payment is processed securely by Stripe, Inc. — a third-party payment processor. Your card number, expiration date, and security code are entered directly into Stripe's system and are never seen or stored by RR Skills Lab.
We receive only a confirmation of the transaction (amount, date, and a masked reference to your payment method). Stripe's own privacy policy governs how your payment data is handled; you can review it at stripe.com/privacy.
Children's privacy
Our programs serve youth players, and our forms are intended to be completed by a parent or legal guardian — not by children themselves. We ask that anyone under 18 have a parent or guardian submit information on their behalf.
We collect a player's first name and age only to place them in the right program. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information without a parent's involvement, contact us at rrskillslab@gmail.com and we will delete it.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, register a player for a program, process payments, send confirmation and follow-up emails, and communicate with you about lessons, sessions, and camps.
We do not use your information for automated advertising and we do not share it with advertisers.
Third-party services
We use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate this website. Each receives only the data necessary to perform its function:
Supabase — our database provider, which securely stores form submissions and registration records on servers located in the United States.
Resend — our email delivery service. When you submit a form, your name and email address are passed to Resend solely to deliver your confirmation email.
Stripe — our payment processor, used when you pay for a camp registration online. Stripe handles all card data directly and is PCI-DSS compliant.
None of these providers are permitted to use your information for their own marketing purposes.
Data retention
Contact form submissions are kept only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, typically no more than 12 months.
Registration records (camp, academy, and program) are kept for the duration of the program and for a reasonable period afterward for administrative purposes.
Payment records are retained as required by applicable law and accounting standards, generally 7 years.
You may request deletion of your information at any time by emailing rrskillslab@gmail.com. We will honor the request unless retention is required by law.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have given us at any time by emailing rrskillslab@gmail.com. You can also simply choose not to submit the form and instead contact us directly by email or on Instagram.
Links to other sites
Our website may link to outside services such as Instagram and Stripe. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites; we encourage you to review their policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
